MarComm & Outreach Executive

We are looking for a proactive, independent team player with the ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Help us to achieve our mission of Redefining Movement as RAW Moves creates interdisciplinary and experimental works in dance/movement; nurtures new talent and promotes dance in the community.

As a Marcomm/Outreach Executive, your primary role will include:

Conceptualizing and designing marketing collaterals
Brainstorming, creating, executing and maintaining digital marketing and content creation for the company website and social media platforms
Liaising with Graphic Agencies, Printing and Production Houses to produce effective promotional materials
Execute and monitor performance of outreach programmes and engagement campaigns
Work closely with the Artistic Director, Company Manager and Production Manager to strategise and deliver impactful campaigns and programmes
Provide administrative support in areas of archival and managing reports

Requirements

You are familiar with the latest digital marketing trends
You are proficient in MS Office & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, IIIustrator, InDesign)
You have prior experience in similar roles
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have strong interpersonal skills and comfortable in building relationships
You are able to work 44 hours work week [Mon – Thur (9am – 6pm), Fri (9am – 1pm), Sat (10am – 7pm)

Must be able to start immediately or at short notice.
